Description
In the most prestigiously secured gated community of Riyadh, Diplomatic Quarters – Next to Al-Oud Square, AMAQ executed a blend of luxury and technology at designer level aura for a major fit-out for another one of our favorite client’s who are a regional Media conglomerate. This project compromised of optimizing floor spaces with fully integrated newsroom, studio, large LED displays, extremely high technology data centers, news cutters, Control Gallery, make-up rooms anda spacious courtyard area to interpret the natural elements and compliment our client’s vision of creating magic. The assignment was again one where all materials were completely import-centric and the focus on detail was at its peak as always with our target to provide the finest aesthetics and ambiance to our valued client.
From PVC stretch ceilings to epoxy resin artwork floors and from curved LED Digital columns to even the washroom tiles, each item was individually imported from all corners of the globe with the intent to avoid any compromise on the delivered quality and its details.
A unique center masterpiece of the studio is the focal point of this project along with high-gloss custom built walls.
Challenges Faced
The world-wide COVID movement/travel restrictions was a major challenge on this project because the project was completely import centric coupled with the fact that the client was Dubai-Based. Hence the multiple travel restrictions as well as multiple work closure due Government Rules to high spreading of COVID were a major factor which our team had to face during the beautiful immaculate execution of this piece of art.
