As Riyadh city witnesses mammoth growth, AQIQ is one of the fastest developing new neighborhoods where AMAQ executed a major fit-out project for one of our decades-long top client, ANB. This branch was much more than a regular branch, it included conventional banking services however the focal point of the branch was the Smart Digital Area. This entire area presents an ambiance of a space craft utilizing highest technology gadgets of our century allowing consumers to experience the entire banking transactions without any human interaction.The digital area also encompassed highest form of epoxy resin art floors, stainless steel customized boxes walls, curved glass and customized high gloss furniture and curved high gloss walls.
Scope included all Architectural, Civil, MEP, Electrical, HVAC, Waterproofing, Plumbing, Glass Glazing Facades, Stone Façade, Low-Current, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, Data, Security and IT works. A series of change order works were awarded during the execution, however AMAQ executed the entire project without a single extra day as per client target.
