Right at the luxurious beach front property in Khobar Corniche, AMAQ executed an exceptionally high technology based major turn key fit-out project for our top client, ANB. This branch was much more than a regular branch, it is the first digital-only smart facility of ANB in Dammam Region.The whole branch area presents an ambiance of a space craft utilizing highest technology gadgets of our century allowing consumers to experience the entire banking transactions without any human interaction. The digital area also encompasses highest 3d quality of epoxy resin art floors, stainless steel customized boxes walls, curved glass and customized high gloss furniture and curved high gloss walls and giant DIGITAL LED Screens which steal the show away.
Scope included all high gloss customized fit to size furniture, Architectural, Civil, MEP, Electrical, HVAC, Waterproofing, Plumbing, Glass Glazing Facades, Stone Façade, Low-Current, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, Data, Security and IT works. A series of change order works were awarded during the execution, however AMAQ executed the entire project without a single extra day as per client target.
