In the modern district North of Riyadh Area– AMAQ executed a major fit-out for another one of our favorite clients from the UAE. This project is acommercial marvel which was completely import-centric in terms of materials and the focus on detail was at its peak as always with ourtarget to provide the finest aesthetics and ambiance to our valued client ENBD.
Scope included all Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, HVAC, Waterproofing, Architectural, Civil,Plumbing, Low-Current, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, Data, Security and IT works. A series of change order works were awarded during the execution, however AMAQ executed the entire project without a single extra day as per client target.
Challenges Faced
During the execution of this project the KSA government updated it’s entire import mechanism from SASO to SABER authorities which naturally caused severe delays as the logistics partners accustomed to the newly adapted systems. As 80% of materials used on this project were imported from outside of KSA, it was a huge challenge which we overcame to ensure the timelines are not compromised.
