In the hub of most prestigious residential & commercial gated neighborhood of Riyadh, Diplomatic Quarters– AMAQ executed a major fit-out project for one of our decades-long top client. This HSBC SACC branch was no regular branch, instead it is a unique piece of art which symbolizes the HSBC International’s highest Standard of immaculate quality and was completed on-time despite the peak days of COVID-19. Our partners at HSBC SABB entrusted AMAQ for a timely delivery and we, like always, did not let them down without compromising on the health & safety of our workers. Extremely high COVID SOP’s were implemented on site.
Scope included all Site development works including road works, asphalting, municipal connections, Mechanical, Electrical, Elevators, Electromechanical, HVAC, Waterproofing, Architectural, Civil, Plumbing, Glass Glazing Facades, Stone Façade, Low-Current, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, Data, Security and IT works. A series of change order works were awarded during the execution, however AMAQ executed the entire project without a single extra day as per client target.
